Start ChatClick 'Register' on the homepage and fill in your details including name, email, phone number, and select your role (Owner, Captain, Crew, or Supplier). You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
After logging in, navigate to the Fleet Management section in your dashboard. Click 'Add Vessel' and fill in the vessel details including name, type, registration number, dimensions, and engine specifications.
Our platform integrates with major GPS device manufacturers. Go to GPS Navigation in your dashboard, connect your device, and you'll be able to track your vessels in real-time on the interactive map.
Yes! The Crew Management module allows you to track crew members, their roles, certifications, expiry dates, and training records. You'll receive notifications before certifications expire.
Navigate to the Marketplace section from your dashboard. You can browse spare parts, services, and connect with suppliers. You can also list your own services if you're registered as a supplier.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud storage, and support two-factor authentication. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your data.
You can delete your account from Account Settings or by visiting our account deletion page. You can also contact support to request account deletion. Please note that some data may be retained as required by maritime regulations.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers for enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
